Enjoy your stay here in Hawaii in this brand new rental unit! A privately accessed rental with 610 sq. Ft. Of indoor area that adjoins a 600 sq. Ft. Outdoor covered lanai in a quiet and serene setting of Hakalau. 

Inside the rental, a comfortable new queen size bed, flat screen television, luggage racks, large, quiet ceiling fan with two exterior windows, and reading lights on each side of bed make this a very comfortable bedroom. 

In the open concept living room, dining room and kitchenette, you'll find another flat screen television with DVD and CD players along with a movie and music collection. Wall sconce lighting, brings a warm glow within the beautiful decor of the living room, there is a large reading lamp conveniently located over the new lounge sofa bed which can convert to a double bed. A ceiling fan cools the room well with the addition of many windows that provide plenty of air flow!

The dining area is shared with the kitchenette, making it very easy to prepare and enjoy meals and snacks, either inside on the dining table, or on another dining table out on the lanai where one can enjoy the ocean breezes. The rooms are well lit with most having dimmer adjustment switches. An in-room router is located within the interior for excellent broadcast strength. 

The kitchenette has a new full-sized refrigerator/freezer more than ample for two or three persons. Completely outfitted with all eating and cooking utensils, glasses, wine glasses, cups, bowls and cookware, including a large variety of pots and pans. Also provided, a microwave, toaster oven, double burner hot plate, blender, electric skillet, crock pot, barbecue utensils, a coffee maker with a starter supply of coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, sweetener and paper towels. Many condiments are also available for your cooking use along with, foil, plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, dish towels, sponge, liquid detergent and cleanser.

The bathroom contains a large shower with glass doors, and rain shower head. A generous sized sink vanity, with wall mount hair dryer, including four complete sets of white bath towels, hand soap, a starter set of shampoo, bar soap and toilette paper.

For your convenience a private washer and dryer has been installed on the first floor. Laundry soap is provided for two loads. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor grilling, located within easy reach of the outdoor dining area. Beach towels, small and large ice chests are also available for your use.

The 600 sq. Ft. Outdoor covered lanai area has a dining table with ceiling fan as well as a lounge area, making it a great place to cool off and relax in Hawaii's ocean breezes. Enjoy the background sounds of nature, hear the local birds and the sound of the ocean surf in the distance. Also with a small pond and waterfall, that makes for pleasant serene environment which to unwind and relax in.
