There are many facets to Dr. Cain's books, manuals as well as his seminars...There is the Kiso Method, a revolutionary healing method developed for chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists and cranio-sacral therapists. From athletes to the average human being, the Kiso Diet has something for everybody. The concept of the Kiso Diet came from cancer cure centers around the world. It explores how cancer is promoted from eating too much animal protein. If you are an athlete or a person who is engaged in lots of physical activity, this diet allows you to "earn" your protein, making the protein you eat harmless and usefull for the body and muscular system. Dr. Cain also does seminars on the Kiso Diet that are informative and life changing!

Dr. Craig Zion Cain is the founder of the Kiso Method. This healing method is totally unique and original. It has two versions, one for chiropractors and one for non chiropractic practitioners. Dr. Cain currently offers the Kiso Method at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii. It is a state certified Master's program in oriental medicine. Essentially an acupuncture college. This new method of healing is used as a force/non force method of influencing the nervous system and spine. The Kiso Method was developed over a 23 year period and took over 60 thousand treatments in the making. Combining force/non force chiropractic technique, cranio sacral, meridian therapy, tui na, energy medicine, and many other gentle healing modalities, Dr. Cain developed a technique that corrects spinal alignment, hip alignment and alignment of the cranio-sacral system, taking away low back pain, neck pain, numbness, and muscle spasm as well as anxiety and panic attacks!

There are so many unique features about the Kiso Method. In manual one, the focus is on the low back, pelvis and thoracic spine. Disc injuries accompanied with radiating pain and muscle spasm are examined. Symptomatology, muscle release, Kiso motion palpation and Kiso manipulation are explained. One unique feature is the Kiso bench. Using the Kiso bench enables the practitioner to use very light force to adjust the spine. Pelvic adjusting becomes fantastic and amazing.

Manual one shows the practitioner how to gently manipulate the low back fixing disc problems of all kinds using the Kiso Bench, developed by Dr. Cain. In Manual one, the low back and pelvis are discussed in depth. It also explores the thoracic spine and rib problems, just to mention a few things. Manual two is none other than fascinating! Disc injuries around the brachial nerve plexus and associated muscle spasms is just one topic. The upper cervical portion is so powerful that it could be the newest most profound healing method found in the world today! Learning how to evaluate the upper cervical misalignments and learning how to correct these problems can be easily gained. Dr. Cain has found the a scissoring often times takes place putting pressure on the cranio-sacral system. This "pressure" at the foramen magnum causes a fight or flight mechanism to ensue. The fight or flight mechanism causes the sympathetic nervous system to over-ride the parasympathetic nervous system leading the patient to feel anxiety, shortness of breath, heart palpations, sweating, loss of sleep and panic attacks. They are fun and exciting and once completed, you can become a certified Kiso practitioner. A certificate will be given to you to hang in your office. Also, all materials are translated into Japanese by Hideko Russell, head professor at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. It's exciting and more and more practitioners are finding out about the Kiso Method. One of the first certified Kiso Practitioners was Dr. Scott Denny. Head of the state board of acupuncture in the state of Florida. He also has been featured on ABC news.
