Sponsors and collaborators include the NASA Office of Earth Science, NOAA, FEMA, the University of Hawaii, and various state and county agencies.

We have specialized expertise and experience in risk analysis, hazard mitigation, benefit/cost analysis, and emergency operations planning for natural disasters and technological hazards, and anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP) planning and security analysis. Martin & Chock has authored FEMA-approved Multi-Hazard Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plans and Emergency Operations Plans that are compliant with NIMS and HSPD-5.
