Although Microwave termite treatment technology has been used on the Mainland for well over ten years (notably in the Southern U.S. and California), and the State of Hawaii has no present guidelines regarding its use, the State has asked that it not be used or promoted until it issues a permit that would insure safe operation of the equipment and we are complying with their request.
