Joe Builder Inc.s President, Joseph E. Pandolfe, Jr., has lived in Hawaii over eighteen years. He has been in construction all of his life. He grew up working for his fathers own construction company and learned early on that the most important part of building is putting ohana (family) first.
Joseph volunteered to rebuild homes in New Orleans and Mississippi. He is currently a volunteer at a Christian childrens church program.
Before owning Joe Builder Inc., Joseph Pandolfe was a project superintendent with a large construction firm that built the mall at Pearl Harbor which is the worlds largest navy exchange and the largest commissary in Hawaii. Its beautiful achitecture includes steel framing, a seventy foot tall atrium, glass elevators, and a two story waterfall.

This is to recommend to you my friend Mr. Joe Pandolfe. I have known Joe and his family for about seven years. He is a skilled craftsman in many areas of construction and has proven to be a hard working provider for his family.
While the Pandolfe family attend the church at which I pastored in Honolulu it was not unusual for Joe to donate his services to assist the church. I also noted with interest that he displayed exceptional compassion for people who were in need. My disabled son was one of those who benefited from Joes gift of helps.
