Recently, members have been receiving automated calls to their phones and cell phones requesting Debit Card and VISA Card information to prevent Card Deactivation. You are instructed toenter your Card number, expiration date and pin number. You are then instructed to call an (817) phone number for confirmation. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION!!! Credit unions never send members automated messages by phone,e-mails or by texting or calling your cellular phones. Delete all suspicious e-mail and text messages!
