The body provides our most direct and powerful access to profound spiritual transformation. This workshop explores both the theory and body-based practices of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism in which the body is seen as the gateway to enlightenment. Through a variety of somatic meditation techniques, we will journey into the darkness of the body in search of the fabulous country within which all the secrets of the universe are openly displayed. Through our work together in this intensive, we may glimpse how we contemporary people are fully capable of making the journey to complete realization and fulfillment within the context of our everyday lives.

Fri - Sun December 3 - 5 - Soul Motion : Compassion with Vinn Marti

During our time together we will use Soul Motion language of movement, music, and mindfulness to step into areas that open the body, and awaken the heart. Soul Motion teaching platforms ask the student for heightened awareness of the body in motion moving through space. Students are guided with clear and careful instruction to bring forth the best of themselves in an atmosphere that encourages investigation and curiosity. vinn's teaching mastery includes seeing everyone for the unique song they sing and providing a score for their experimentation as expressive movement artists.
The sessions are a mixture of instruction and guidance in the pedagogy of Soul Motion; the various Platforms and Points of View that distinguish this form of Conscious Dance as well as Soul Motion Passages which, are uninterrupted periods of movement exploration.
Whether you are new to Soul Motion practice or a practitioner of many years, you are invited to come and spend time in the beauty and the sacredness of The Studio Maui where we will traverse new ground in Soul Motion.
