Most projects in Hawaii require plans prepared by a Hawaii-licensed Architect and/or Engineer(s) for permitting. Some projects may also involve land use and/or site development permits, which need to be obtained prior to a building permit, and which may also require other specialized consultants. We do NOT prepare plans or hire the consultants that may be needed for your particular project and its permit(s). If you do not already have prepared plans for your project, please proceed with this step before contacting us for a quotation for permitting services. Complete plans are required for a quotation.
