All of our sites are licensed by the State of Hawaii . In addition, our organization seeks national accreditation for all of its centers through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Children are accepted by application and interview at the selected site. If no openings are available, the child's name will be placed on a waiting list.
All Rainbow School tuition fees include meals and snacks. Transportation to and from school is not provided. Upon enrollment, each family is given a handbook with detailed information regarding all school policies.
Upon enrolling, a Form 14 (health record) is required for every child. This card must show that a physical exam and tuberculin test have been completed within the past year, and that all required immunizations are current.
Rainbow Schools accept children of any race, religion, national or ethnic origin. Children with special needs are accepted whenever they can be appropriately accommodated by our program. The Kahuku and Kaneohe sites have Special Education Inclusion Programs.
